Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience in product marketing, product design, or related field.
• Strong background in cross-functional collaboration and portfolio strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develops and secures approval for high-level global PSS plans and budgets.
• Leads cross-functional teams in development and execution of introduction plans.
• Develops and owns a comprehensive GTM scorecard with metrics and benchmarks.
• Leads post-analysis for marketing programs and drives indicated actions.
• Defines global customer segmentation strategies for PSS experiences.
• Oversees global marketing operations activities as needed (CRM updates, collateral).
• Mentors junior staff and partners with sales in retailer/reseller development.
