Pearson is hiring a Team Manager for Portfolio Management in Enterprise Content & Training. You will lead a team that translates customer priorities into structured learning programs, roadmaps, and commercially viable solutions.

You will drive content strategy, prioritize opportunities, and use data-driven insights to grow portfolio revenue and client outcomes across AI literacy, leadership, and professional skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in portfolio strategy, content development, curriculum strategy, learning products, or related fields.
• Experience translating customer needs and market opportunities into scalable learning solutions and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to use data and revenue analysis to guide prioritization and investments.
• Experience with enterprise learning programs, leadership development, and workforce transformation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, leadership development, and workforce transformation programs.
• Translate customer challenges and market insights into portfolio strategy, investments, and content roadmaps.
• Plan scalable learning programs that combine digital learning, live training, assessments, credentials, and other experiences.
• Lead a team of portfolio and content professionals, set priorities, and drive performance and development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, and Delivery to shape solutions and revenue growth.
• Lead research on trends in AI adoption and workforce development to identify new opportunities.
