Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead the development of scalable learning solutions in AI literacy, leadership, and workforce transformation for enterprise customers. You will own the portfolio strategy, guide content roadmaps, and build a high-performing team.

You will translate customer needs and market insights into investment recommendations and measurable business outcomes.

• 5+ years leading teams in portfolio strategy or content development.
• Experience turning customer needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Proven record translating market signals into portfolio investments.
• 5+ years of people management and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy and workforce transformation.
• Translate market and customer insights into content strategies and investments.
• Lead a team of portfolio and content professionals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Delivery.
• Drive portfolio revenue and customer outcomes through data-driven insights.
• Guide content strategy aligned with business priorities.
