Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead a team that builds scalable learning solutions in AI literacy, leadership, and professional skills for enterprise clients. The role requires translating market signals into portfolio roadmaps, guiding content strategy, and coordinating across functions to maximize portfolio revenue and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong ability to translate market signals, workforce trends, and commercial priorities into portfolio roadmaps and content strategies.
Experience managing enterprise-learning content, learning journeys, and assessment-enabled programs.
Proven track record of leading teams, setting OKRs, and delivering cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, AI-enabled work, leadership development, and workforce transformation programs.
Translate customer challenges and revenue priorities into portfolio strategy and content investments.
Plan scalable learning programs combining digital learning, live training, assessments, credentials, and other formats to drive outcomes.
