Qualifications

• 5+ years managing teams in portfolio strategy, content development, or related enterprise learning fields.
• Strong ability translating needs into scalable learning solutions and roadmaps.
• 5+ years of people management experience across cross-functional teams.
• Proven use of data and metrics to drive prioritization and investment.
• Experience with AI literacy, leadership development, or workforce transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy and enterprise learning programs.
• Translate customer challenges and market insights into portfolio strategy and content roadmaps.
• Plan scalable learning programs combining digital learning, live training, assessments, and credentials.
• Ensure on-time delivery and meet quality standards and portfolio goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, and Delivery to shape solutions.
• Lead research on workforce and AI adoption trends and translate insights into opportunities.
