Qualifications

• Knowledge of asset management, property management, and portfolio performance.
• Experience with financial statements, budgets, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with affordable/public housing and HUD programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate operational, financial, and physical performance of properties.
• Develop performance measures, dashboards, and reports to identify trends and risks.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and monitor risk across the portfolio.
• Support strategic initiatives including redevelopment and housing programs.
• Prepare analyses to inform executive decisions and asset planning.
