Job summary

Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse real estate portfolio including HUD, LIHTC and market-rate properties. You will supervise maintenance staff, monitor budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Science, or closely related field.
• Experience in residential property management.
• Experience in developing business and strategic plans for a residential property.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housing and maintenance staff and manage daily operations.
• Assist VP of Asset Management in developing budgets and maintenance programs.
• Manage financial operations and HUD guidelines compliance.
• Monitor property and tenant data regarding market trends.
• Develop strategic business plans and budgets for properties.
• Set portfolio objectives and marketing plans; communicate to staff.
• Perform other duties as required.
