Job summary

Kyndryl seeks a strategic role in the Consult Propositions & GTM team to design, launch and manage repeatable offers, guiding them from intake to market. You will drive narrative, proof points, and pricing inputs, coordinating experts across functions while staying on schedule.

The role emphasizes structured lifecycle governance, strong writing, and the ability to lead without formal authority, with a focus on AI, data and enterprise modernization.

Qualifications

• Experience in offering or product strategy, product marketing, or proposition development.
• Structured lifecycle or stage-gate process management with accountability.
• Strong written craft: translate a technical capability into client value.
• Ability to orchestrate senior contributors across functions without direct authority.
• Able to manage multiple propositions on tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Take assigned propositions through full lifecycle: intake, build, gate reviews, launch and refresh.
• Quality-check toolkit: client narrative, guidance, proof points, positioning, and commercial inputs.
• Coordinate teams under one brief and keep to a shared date.
• Prepare gate reviews and ensure sign-off.
• Run quarterly refresh cycle and capture insights from wins/losses.
• Monitor portfolio overlap and retire outdated offers; present recommendations to Executive Portfolio Strategist.
• Collaborate with narrative, enablement, commercial and operations teams.
• Focus on AI, data, and emerging tech propositions; pilot to production.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI adoption is a strong advantage.
