Kyndryl seeks a senior Commercial Architect to design and optimize pricing and commercial models for complex, multi-year enterprise services. You will lead pricing strategy, create scalable commercial patterns, and influence senior stakeholders across regions.

In this role, you will oversee a small team, partner with Finance and pricing leadership, and help shape the portfolio's commercial approach across the Consult Propositions & GTM team.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience in commercial architecture, pricing strategy, deal shaping or a leadership role in commercial excellence.
• Track record designing pricing and commercial models for complex multi-year enterprise services.
• Fluency with cost baselines, margin modelling and services P&L economics.

Aufgaben

• Own the commercial architecture for priority propositions and secure approvals before launch.
• Define pricing models including outcome-based and AI-linked pricing for live deals.
• Build reusable solution patterns and commercial shaping standards across teams.
• Design packaging and cross-practice bundles to lift deal size.
• Create feedback loops from commercial activity to strategy and portfolio decisions.
• Lead a three-person team and represent the commercial voice in portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, deal execution, engineering, and alliance partners.
