Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Reporting and Controls Lead for Data Center Capacity Delivery. This remote-friendly role partners with delivery managers, third-party partners, and planning teams to provide a single view of portfolio status from floor access to ready-for-service.

You will own consolidated milestones, validate data, maintain capacity projections, and build executive reporting with automated data-quality checks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project controls, scheduling, or program reporting on large capital construction programs — data center, energy, or industrial
• Run consolidated reporting across a multi-project portfolio, not a single job
• Fluent in scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling (e.g. Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI)
• Communicate clearly in writing and charts to technical and executive audiences
• Comfortable building the process while running it

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated milestone tracking across all active and upcoming delivery projects — early floor access, floor access, ready for service — and keep it current
• Validate schedule and status data from developers, GCs, and third-party partners; challenge what doesn't reconcile and fix it at the source
• Maintain portfolio capacity projections and the variance to plan behind them
• Build and maintain reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates
• Define the data standards and integrated-schedule and tooling conventions projects report against, with the Program Management Lead
• Automate reporting and data-quality checks where possible, including with AI-assisted tools
• Project controls / scheduling on large capital programs
• Portfolio-level, not single-job, reporting
• Scheduling, spreadsheet, and BI tooling fluency
• Identifying, qualifying, and packaging data driven insights that define project and portfolio health
