Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Reporting and Controls Lead to own the single view of all delivery projects from early floor access to ready-for-service. You will coordinate with Senior Delivery Managers, regional teams, and third‑party partners to keep schedules current and data accurate, enabling executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project controls or scheduling for large capital programs.
• Experience building consolidated milestone tracking and executive reporting.
• Ability to define data standards and integrated-schedule conventions.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated milestone tracking across all active and upcoming delivery projects.
• Validate schedule data from developers, GCs, and partners; fix discrepancies at the source.
• Maintain portfolio capacity projections and variance to plan.
• Build and maintain reporting for delivery reviews and executive updates.
• Define data standards and tooling conventions with the Program Management Lead.
• Automate reporting and data-quality checks, including AI-assisted tools.
