Job summary

Anthropic in San Francisco is seeking a Data Center Supply Planning Lead to own the integrated view of compute supply and site pipeline. You’ll drive the plan linking capacity targets to the delivery roadmap, prioritizing opportunities and shaping portfolio-level decisions.

In this cross-functional role, you’ll partner with site selection, engineering, delivery, and demand planning to build forecasts, develop supply models, and ensure readiness as the portfolio grows.

Qualifications

• Led supply/capacity planning for data centers or similar infrastructure.
• Architected planning processes and cadence with continuous improvement.
• Built planning models/tools with automation and AI-assisted development.
• Proactively surface opportunities and risk across functions and drive resolution.

Responsibilities

• Build the integrated data center supply forecast and planning assumptions behind it: committed plus pipeline supply by site, design, and accelerator type.
• Own portfolio view of chip-to-site allocation and decision cadence; surface trade-offs and communicate changes.
• Support and evolve data center portfolio reviews showing current state of supply and downstream impacts.
• Partner with program management, delivery, and demand planning to keep hall readiness and install plans in sync.
• Build and run scenario analyses; develop solvers to close gaps.
• Plan long-lead resources to create inventory optionality and allocate strategically.
