Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a Business Analyst for Data Center Capacity Reporting to maintain global capacity inventories and translate them into clear internal and external reports. You’ll sit at the intersection of Market Development and Sales, ensuring data integrity and timely updates across Engineering, Sales, and PMO.

The role emphasizes strong data discipline, ability to translate complex portfolio information, and delivering curated presentations to executives and customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in reporting, sales operations, market development, or related analytical role; data center, telecommunications, or commercial real estate industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting a B2B sales organization with enablement materials and reporting
• Experience working with PMIS (Oracle, Omega365) and other similar software preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio capacity data across systems as the single source of truth.
• Produce internal and external capacity reports and tailored presentations for pipeline, qualification, and planning.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and PMO to ensure timely, accurate data updates and data standards.
• Develop presentations highlighting EdgeConneX portfolio at global and site levels for sales and executive stakeholders.
• Lead recurring internal calls to inform Sales on current and future properties, expansions, and capacity changes.
• Translate technical and commercial site details into clear narratives for customers and internal teams.
