Job summary

Multiplier Holdings in San Francisco, CA seeks a highly analytical operator and coach to own operational excellence across portfolio firms. You will define standards for core processes—delivery, staffing, onboarding, billing and reporting—and partner with firm leaders and our PX team to close gaps and ensure measurable success.

Qualifications

• Ability to read P&L, balance sheet and cash flow and link to operations.
• Experience turning analysis into actionable operating improvements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with portfolio leaders.
• Knowledge of AI tools to improve workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define operating standards for portfolio firms and track owners and success metrics.
• Benchmark prospective and acquired firms pre- and post-close and build profitability plans.
• Lead cross-firm initiatives like consolidations, shared services and process redesign.
• Partner with PX, Finance and firm leaders to implement changes and measure impact.
• Develop playbooks and training to embed new processes across firms.
