Saturn Five is seeking an Operations Analyst to help oversee 30+ small-to-medium businesses across industries like specialty contractors and landscape services. You’ll collect metrics, support post-acquisition integrations, and drive operational projects to help CEOs run more effectively.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in finance or business required.
• 0–4 years of post-undergraduate experience ideal.
• Strong financial acumen and comfort with three-statement models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flows).
• Excellent follow-through and organizational skills.

• Collect, organize, and analyze operating metrics for 30+ portfolio companies.
• Support integrations after acquisitions, including HR/financial systems implementation.
• Draft and edit investor communications and periodic reporting.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling for various projects.
• Identify tools and processes to improve operations and documentation.
