Daiahn, a high-growth upstate New York startup, is seeking an Operations Analyst to help scale core operating systems. You will coordinate payroll, perform light bookkeeping, and manage bill pay while partnering with the COO to design and improve processes.

The role offers ownership over day-to-day operations in a fast-paced startup environment, with hybrid work from Syracuse or Rochester offices.

Qualificações

• Experience with payroll processing and financial record-keeping.
• Ability to create clear, repeatable SOPs and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in financial tasks.
• Comfort with basic accounting concepts and numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and process payroll across pay cycles.
