Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business operations, analytics, or finance, ideally in a start-up or tech-forward environment, with a track record of actually building and running a system.
• Experience owning forecasting, billing, or resource-planning is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own work orchestration systems and processes to plan and allocate work.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting for real-time leadership insight.
• Develop forecasting models for staffing and capacity against demand.
• Own billing sheet accuracy and related reconciliation and QA.
• Identify and implement automation/AI solutions to reduce manual work.
• Lead end-to-end process improvements with cross-functional teams.
