Job summary

Cogent Analytics is seeking an Innovative Project Director to rescue and grow clients financially and organizationally across the US. This hands-on, client-facing role requires leading from the front, driving client performance, and improving liquidity for small business owners.

You will start by mastering Cogent’s methodology, then work with internal teams to monitor KPIs and financial health, communicating scopes, and coordinating with PATs, Accounting, Marketing, Recruiting, and BD PD.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of consulting or equivalent experience (e.g., business ownership, executive leadership, or multi-unit management).
• Travel to client sites across the U.S. Sunday–Friday is required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quantifiable and sustainable value for clients, affecting income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, and quality of life.
• Lead development, implementation, training, and evaluation of business solutions addressing client challenges.
• Define scope, timelines, and deliverables with the Senior Project Director or Assistant Director.
