Job summary

Prime Group is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant service at Faro Blanco Resort in Marathon, FL, coaching a polished floor team and ensuring guest satisfaction from first greeting to last course.

The role drives daily operations, budget adherence, and staff development within our hospitality portfolio. This position offers full-time hours with a strong benefits package and opportunities for advancement in a growing company.

Qualifications

Associate degree and at least three years related experience.
Restaurant, food & beverage, hotel management experience.
Food handling and responsible beverage service certification.

Responsibilities

Run the daily restaurant operation to achieve sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
Supervise service team on the floor during all meal periods; coach staff and orient new hires.
Lead daily pre-shift meetings and communicate the day’s business activity.
Circulate the dining room and ensure guest satisfaction.
Handle guest complaints professionally and communicate issues to restaurant leadership.
Maintain reservations and troubleshoot performance issues with staff, menus, and POS.
