Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead scalable learning solutions for AI, leadership, and business transformation for enterprise clients.

This role owns the portfolio strategy, guides content development, and uses data-driven insights to drive portfolio revenue and measurable customer outcomes. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Delivery to shape customer solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing teams in portfolio strategy or related fields.
• Experience translating customer needs into scalable learning solutions.
• 5+ years of people management, cross-functional execution.
• Proven ability to use data and revenue insights to prioritize investments.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy and workforce programs.
• Translate customer challenges into portfolio strategy and content plans.
• Plan scalable learning journeys combining digital learning, live training, and credentials.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery meeting quality and portfolio goals.
• Lead and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech and Delivery to shape solutions.
• Lead research on AI adoption trends and translate insights into opportunities.
