Job summary

The Neiders Company LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to lead and support maintenance operations across multiple apartment communities. This hands-on role ensures properties meet safety, appearance, and operational standards while guiding onsite teams.

The position requires regular travel between properties, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating vendor work, and training staff to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience, incl. 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred to support residents and staff.
• Ability to manage maintenance across multiple properties in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on maintenance leadership across multiple communities.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and unit turnover activities.
• Travel between properties to inspect conditions, troubleshoot issues, and address priority repairs.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules across locations.
• Maintain accurate work order documentation and equipment service records.
• Coach and supervise maintenance team members and coordinate with Community Managers.
