Job summary

The Neiders Company LLC is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to lead hands-on maintenance across multiple communities. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and turnover activities, and travel between properties to address priority repairs and inspections.

You will mentor maintenance staff, coordinate preventive maintenance, and ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of multifamily maintenance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general property maintenance.
• Ability to prioritize work and provide maintenance support across multiple properties in a fast-paced environment.
• Boiler and chiller experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred to support effective communication with residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on maintenance leadership and support across multiple assigned communities.
• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, and unit turnover activities.
• Travel between properties to inspect conditions, troubleshoot issues, and address priority repairs.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules across locations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify needs and ensure safety and standards.
• Ensure service requests, inspections, and daily maintenance tasks are completed on time.
• Maintain work order documentation and equipment records.
• Coordinate vendor work and monitor costs for efficiency and quality.
• Support safety, emergency response, and on-call rotation as required.
• Mentor and develop maintenance team members and collaborate with Community Managers.
