Job summary

Merative seeks a Senior Manager, Service Delivery to own the Merge implementation portfolio spanning cloud, on-prem, and hybrid deployments. You will lead Implementation Project Managers, drive utilization and revenue, and enforce delivery standards across the organization.

Partner with Sales, Support, Engineering, Product and Customer Success to ensure scoping accuracy, readiness gates, and successful go-lives. A background in healthcare IT and PMP/PgMP is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise software or healthcare IT implementations.
• 3+ years leading people or delivery leads.
• Experience with HL7 interfaces, EHR touchpoints, and data migration.
• Experience managing scope, change orders, and SOW-based delivery.
• Proficiency with PM and PSA tooling (planning, forecasting, resource management, time tracking).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of implementations across portfolio.
• Define delivery approach and readiness gates.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success.
• Ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence; report portfolio health.
• Lead executive communications with sponsors and escalation handling.
• Build and mentor high-performing Implementation Project Managers.
• Maintain accurate delivery data in PSA and CRM.
