Job summary

Meriplex is seeking a Senior IT Manager to align technical solutions with a Healthcare client’s needs. You will lead Engineers, Administrators and Analysts, travel to client sites up to five days a week, and collaborate with Sales, Operations and Transformation teams to drive outcomes.

You will mentor the team, establish KPI-aligned goals, and manage daily operations while maintaining client documentation and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of IT service delivery experience.
• Three+ years in a leadership role with preference for global team management.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as assigned client Subject Matter Technical Expert.
• Roadmap the client for future success and align with MSP offerings.
• Facilitate and drive client-facing operational meetings.
• Onboard, train, and develop team members in processes and systems.
• Serve as primary escalation point for clients and manage escalations.
