Job summary

ModMed seeks a Director, Professional Services to design, implement, and manage Enterprise Project Management, Business Consulting, and Pay Implementations. Align with our values—agility, effectiveness, trust, and innovation—and collaborate with Sales, Training, Technology, and Operations to meet client expectations.

The role leads a multi-disciplinary team, drives successful delivery, and manages KPI-based performance while navigating complex client engagements and contracts.

Qualifications

• Leadership to guide cross-functional, client-driven teams.
• 5+ years in EHR implementations leadership.
• 5+ years leading Practice Management/Revenue Cycle implementations.
• Ability to learn, analyze, and convey complex information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate team efforts.
• Experience with Salesforce or related CRM implementations.
• Expert knowledge of creating and managing a Project Management organization.

Responsibilities

• Leads Professional Services teams delivering ModMed products and integrations.
• Directs, mentors, and coaches team members to achieve KPI targets.
• Applies project management practices; manages risks and priorities.
• Escalates issues and negotiates resolutions with clients when needed.
• Understands business situations quickly and drives timely outcomes.
• Builds trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and processes.
• Interacts with C-level and director stakeholders to elicit requirements.
• Manages performance and contributes to financial forecasting and EBITDA.
