Job summary

Merative is seeking a Senior Manager, Service Delivery to own the implementation portfolio for Merge, overseeing cloud, on-premises, and hybrid deployments. You will shape delivery methodology, validate estimates, and ensure successful go-lives with executive-level communication.

You will manage and grow a team of Implementation Project Managers, drive utilization and revenue, and govern project scope, risks, and change orders across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering enterprise software or healthcare IT implementation projects in a customer-facing capacity.
• 3+ years leading people or project managers.
• Knowledge of HL7, EHR touchpoints, and data migration.
• Experience managing project scope, change orders, and delivery financials.
• Proficiency with project management and PSA tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of implementations across an assigned portfolio, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid deployments.
• Set delivery approach and readiness gates, aligning with customer commitments and product availability.
• Lead executive-level communications, ensure readiness for go-lives, and manage escalations.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Implementation Project Managers and allocate resources by engagement complexity and skill.
