Job summary

Doss is seeking a Portfolio Manager on the Forward Deployed Services team to lead a group of Forward Deployed Product Managers, owning a portfolio of complex enterprise client relationships through discovery, design, build/configure, UAT and go-live.

This player-coach role combines hands-on delivery with strategic stakeholder management across the post-sales lifecycle, with Denver, CO as a priority.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management with people management.
• ERP implementation leadership with data migration and go-live experience.
• Systems thinker who can navigate cross-functional interdependencies.
• Player-coach mentality; hands-on leadership and delivery.
• High-intensity experience in startups, consulting, or finance environments.
• Technical from first principles; ability to reason about complex engineering problems.
• Strong analytical mindset; SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers across a portfolio of upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Remain hands-on across the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle: discovery, design, implementation, and go-live.
• Own the success of the most complex client relationships and portfolio outcomes.
• Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map end-to-end business processes and flows.
• Drive new product capabilities to support expansion to upper mid-market and enterprise.
• Set best-in-class standards for delivery and continuously improve processes.
