Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management.
• ERP experience is a major plus but not a requirement.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers across a portfolio of upper mid‑market and enterprise clients.
• Stay hands‑on across the end‑to‑end post‑sales lifecycle: discovery, design, implementation, and go‑live.
• Own the success of Doss's most complex client relationships; portfolio as a direct reflection of your team's execution.
• Conduct cross‑functional deep dives to map end‑to‑end business processes and workflows.
• Drive new product capabilities to support Doss's push to upper mid‑market and enterprise.
• Set the standard for best‑in‑class practices across the team.
• Translate process flows into product design and configuration within the DOSS platform.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations and data migrations.
• Lead portfolio through UAT, training, and go‑live support.
• Coach FDPM on client management and delivery quality; create feedback loops for growth.
• Drive automation and AI‑forward improvements to Doss's product and lifecycle processes.
