Doss is seeking a Portfolio Manager for its Forward Deployed Services team in Denver, CO. You will lead a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers, owning the full post-sales lifecycle from discovery through go-live, while remaining hands-on and accountable for client outcomes.

You'll manage complex enterprise client relationships, partner with cross-functional teams on design, data migrations, and integrations, and drive AI-forward improvements that scale with DOSS’s platform.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management.
• ERP implementation leadership with team leadership experience.
• Strong systems thinking across people, process, and technology.
• Hands-on, player-coach leadership in high-pressure environments.
• Experience in startups, consulting, or finance with high intensity preference.
• Ability to translate process flows into product design and configuration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Forward Deployed Product Managers across a portfolio of upper mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Stay hands-on across the end-to-end post-sales lifecycle: discovery, design, implementation, and go-live.
• Own the success of client relationships and drive retention and expansion.
• Conduct cross-functional deep dives to map end-to-end business processes and workflows.
• Drive AI-forward improvements to the product and customer lifecycle processes.
