• Willingness to travel 30-40% nationally and internationally (Canada).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for seed treatment and crop protection.
• Build and manage a 3-5 year innovation pipeline.
• Conduct portfolio analysis to identify growth and performance improvements.
• Create and manage the yearly marketing plan, launches, campaigns, and communications.
• Identify and implement new promotional tactics to boost visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with Loveland research, sales, and regulatory teams to guide portfolio decisions.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through the stage-gate process.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and pricing insights for the portfolio.
• Evaluate market trends and customer needs to inform strategy.
