You will supervise Agronomy Sales and Marketing Directors and align field teams with portfolio leadership to deliver cohesive offerings.

The role emphasizes CRM adoption, data-driven account planning, and cross-functional collaboration with agronomy services and field operations.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree in agronomy, agribusiness, marketing, or related field.
• Nine+ years of experience leading agronomy sales, sales operations, or enablement.
• Experience building and leading a sales organization with CRM and incentive design.

Responsibilities

• Accountability for seed, seed treatment, and crop protection sales targets system-wide.
• Develops and implements the Crop Protection and Seed sales strategy and annual plans.
• Dent CRM approach, directs sales tools, dashboards, and KPIs for field execution.
• Owns target account planning, grower segmentation, and data-driven recommendations.
• Leads onboarding, training, and certification programs for crop specialists and sales staff.
• Develops sales incentives and aligns funds with strategic priorities.
• Collaborates with Seed and Crop Protection leadership to ensure cohesive portfolio execution.
• Drives adoption of digital agronomy tools as a data foundation for the sales model.
