Growmark, Inc. is seeking a senior sales leader to oversee the Crop Protection and Seed divisions across the Growmark System from its Bloomington, IL area.

The role drives the sales process, training, incentives, and customer engagement to grow seed and crop protection market share and profitable acres. Responsibilities include setting system-wide sales strategy, managing CRM adoption, and leading a cross-functional team of agronomy and field staff to deliver data-driven recommendations and

Qualifications

• Requires college degree in a related field and nine+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience building and leading a sales organization with CRM adoption and incentive design.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own Seed and Crop Protection sales targets and growth for the System.
• Develop and implement annual sales plans aligned with strategy.
• Define sales processes, CRM adoption, and KPI dashboards for field execution.
• Lead onboarding, training, and development of crop specialists and sales staff.
• Oversee incentive programs and funding to drive field behavior.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on pricing, product positioning, and launches.
• Drive data-driven, acre-level recommendations and value propositions.
