Qualifications

• College degree in agronomy, ag business, ag economics, marketing, or related field; 9+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical skills with portfolio profitability analysis and financial modeling.
• Proven leadership including staffing, coaching, performance evaluation.
• Experience negotiating and administering supplier and trait provider agreements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for seed gross margin and portfolio competitiveness.
• Negotiate and administer seed supply, licensing, and trait agreements.
• Manage supplier portfolio for genetics and traits and multi-supplier relationships.
• Direct product management, advancement, and research for corn, soybean, wheat, forage, and turf lines.
• Set seed line pricing and grower programs to support profits and inventory alignment.
• Own grower engagement programs and field-based value propositions.
