Growmark is seeking a senior sales leader to oversee the Crop Protection and Seed sales organization across the Growmark System from their Bloomington, IL base. You will drive sales targets, CRM adoption, and field execution with a focus on profitable growth and market share gains.

Responsibilities include developing annual sales plans, coordinating with agronomy and marketing teams, and leading training for field staff while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree in agronomy, ag economics, ag business, marketing, or related field; 9+ years of related experience in agronomy sales leadership.
• Experience leading a sales organization and implementing CRM systems.
• Knowledge of crop protection and seed products, price strategy, grower programs, distribution, risk management.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic planning skills.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Direct seed, seed treatment, and crop protection sales targets for the System.
• Develops and implements sales strategy and annual plans.
• Defines CRM approach and drives adoption of CRM tools and KPIs.
• Oversees field alignment, onboarding and training of sales staff.
• Develops sales forecasts, budgets, growth targets, and reports results.
• Builds relationships with manufacturers and attends industry events.
• Leads cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, agronomy, and operations.
• Ensures compliance with Code of Conduct and corporate policies.
