Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to manage the crop protection portfolio across the system. You will oversee manufacturer relationships, pricing strategies, and product marketing to drive margin and growth.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, steering regulatory compliance, and coordinating with enterprise marketing to align product positioning with broader objectives. Expect travel and leadership accountability.

Qualifications

• College degree in agronomy, ag business, ag economics, marketing, or related field required.
• Nine or more years of related experience in crop protection portfolio, marketing, or product management.
• Strong business knowledge, collaboration, communication, and decision making.
• Experience with portfolio profitability analysis and financial modeling.
• Negotiation and administration of supplier agreements with multiple partners.
• Leadership and staff development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for crop protection gross margin, product line profitability, and portfolio competitiveness.
• Negotiate and administer supplier agreements and programs; balance access to leading chemistries.
• Direct the administration of manufacturer programs and oversee the Crop Protection Task Force.
• Set product line pricing and grower programs; inform procurement and supply plans.
• Direct product registration, regulatory compliance, and stewardship for U.S. and Canadian markets.
• Partner to develop marketing plans and product positioning across geographies.
• Coordinate with sales and leadership on program execution and training.
