Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Senior Director of Portfolio Management in Chicago to lead the strategic direction and governance of the Services Portfolio across all offerings. You will define vision with BU and service leadership, establish governance, and build out enabling materials to drive measurable business impact.

You will oversee lifecycle management, balance roadmap priorities, and ensure offerings are financially sound, scalable, and competitively positioned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, product management, technology, or related field.
• MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years in portfolio or product management, services strategy, or offering management.
• Experience in technology services, consulting, or SI environment.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong familiarity with service catalog design, pricing models, and KPIs.
• Proficiency with CRM/ERP/PSA and data analysis tools.
• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Marketing.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own services portfolio end-to-end, including governance and lifecycle management.
• Define portfolio strategy, vision, priorities, and success metrics with leadership.
• Lead portfolio governance across all services and drive alignment.
• Lead and develop portfolio management and enablement teams.
• Prioritize roadmap based on market opportunity, profitability, and alignment.
• Drive standardization and cohesion across service areas (Cloud, Security, Data/AI, etc.).
• Govern pricing, packaging, and readiness in collaboration with Sales and Finance.
• Lead GTM enablement, collateral, and field tools development.
• Establish performance reporting on revenue, gross profit, and KPIs.
• Influence senior leaders to resolve roadblocks and accelerate execution.
