Job summary

Trace3 is expanding its Enterprise Architecture leadership across core domains, including Cloud, Data, AI, Security, and Platform Engineering. The Director will maintain architecture continuity, shape multi-domain programs, and serve as a technical authority while guiding engineers and architects in a highly collaborative, client-focused environment.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes influencing CIOs/CTOs, driving delivery quality, and growing accounts through architecture-led strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred for senior leadership.
• Demonstrated client-facing leadership with measurable outcomes.
• AI-native working fluency and ability to validate outputs.

Responsibilities

• Own account-level architecture continuity across primary domain and adjacent Trace3 domains.
• Review and provide substantive feedback on key technical and architectural areas.
• Connect architecture decisions to business strategy, cost, risk, and outcomes.
• Lead an Enterprise Architecture team with domain spikes and cross-domain coordination.
• Manage executive relationships, account strategy, and client experience across flagship accounts.
• Author architecture decisions, reference patterns, and standards for transferability.
