Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Management Consulting, Manager to partner with clients on strategic planning and roadmaps, driving transformational initiatives and program delivery. You will oversee cross‑functional programs, shape governance, and ensure alignment with business outcomes through data‑driven insights.

You will lead teams, manage budgets and stakeholders, and deliver actionable recommendations to executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in tech or consulting.
• Strong client service orientation and executive communication skills.
• Proven delivery of complex, multi‑workstream programs across cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for complex, multi‑workstream technology programs with governance and PMO cadence.
• Define scope, OKRs, roadmaps, resource plans, and interdependencies to drive adoption and business outcomes.
• Create executive dashboards and status reports on scope, schedule, budget, risk, and benefits realization.
