Job summary

Trace3 seeks an experienced Senior Vice President, Solutions Group to shape and scale our portfolio of Data, Analytics, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Digital Consulting. You will lead cross-functional leaders, set strategic direction, and drive profitable growth while collaborating with sales, partners, and executive leadership.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, 12+ years in senior tech leadership, and a proven ability to translate market signals into portfolio investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 12+ years of senior technology leadership experience in IT consulting, technology services, or managed services.
• Proven leadership of broad technology solution portfolios across multiple domains and strong commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Trace3’s Solutions Group strategy aligned to business objectives and market demand.
• Curate and manage the Solutions Group portfolio across products and services with defined investments.
• Lead and develop senior leaders across solution domains and build leadership bench.
• Own offering strategy including packaging, pricing, enablement, and delivery readiness.
• Set commercial targets, monitor pipeline, and optimize investments across the portfolio.
• Forecast, budget, and manage resources for profitable scale; report on portfolio performance.
