Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Director, Digital Consulting – Transformation to lead a portfolio of strategic accounts, owning transformation strategy and delivery across multiple domains.

You will maintain executive relationships, build growth plans, and orchestrate delivery across Trace3’s digital consulting practices, partners, and delivery teams. Strong leadership in transformation programs and program governance is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in management or technology consulting.
• Proven account ownership, revenue growth, and program delivery.
• Experience leading executive pursuits, proposals, SOWs and LOEs.
• Knowledge across cloud, cybersecurity, AI, and platform engineering.
• Executive presence with strong communication for steering forums.

Responsibilities

• Own growth and delivery quality for strategic accounts.
• Build and operationalize a comprehensive account view and whitespace.
• Convert engagements into multi-domain transformation programs.
• Lead executive communications and governance for accounts.
• Develop account strategy, roadmap, and cross-domain expansion.
