Job summary

Splitit Ltd. is seeking a Manager, Portfolio & Fraud Analytics to help launch and scale a new installment credit card business in the US. You will monitor performance, identify risks, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

This hands-on role covers portfolio analytics, fraud monitoring, and partner reporting from the ground up. You will present findings to senior leadership and help shape actions to improve outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in credit card or consumer lending, in portfolio analytics, credit risk, fraud, or a related role.
• Experience in portfolio performance or fraud with rule tuning and bust-out detection.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable with BI and reporting tools like Tableau and Excel.
• Active use of AI tools to speed up analysis and improve decisions.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Performance & Analytics: monitor lifecycle performance and explain results vs forecasts.
• Origination Fraud Monitoring: tune rules, detect fraud patterns, minimize losses.
• Transaction Fraud Monitoring: identify suspicious activity and balance fraud prevention with approvals.
• Partner Reporting & Performance Insights: deliver insights to leadership and partners, support reporting requests.
