Job summary

GE Vernova’s Power Conversion & Storage (PCS) is seeking an experienced Head of the PMO to lead the PMO for our multi-billion-dollar business, spanning Energy Storage, Industrial Electrification, and Power Stability.

You will standardize project management practices, drive digital-tool rollout in North America, and mentor project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management or related field and 8+ years leading complex projects or PMOs.
• Expertise in project controls: scheduling, cost forecasting, and risk management.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs, margins, and financial rhythms (billing/cash collection).
• Experience deploying enterprise digital tools (PPM, ERP, PLM).
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Prior people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize PMO governance, tools, and training across subsegments.
• Oversee digital technology rollout for better project visibility and efficiency.
• Manage monthly operational processes: KPI tracking, reviews, billing, and cash collection.
