Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead Power Conversion and Storage projects from planning to closure, spanning engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and installation. You will own the project’s financials, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction.

You will interface with customers, lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, drive alignment with EHS/Quality standards, and push for continuous improvements across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as Project Manager, leading mid to complex customer projects.
• Experience with Electrical & Automation systems and project coordination.
• Experience using MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP for project tracking and finance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full project execution and leadership of resources for medium to large projects.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities.
• Serve as primary customer interface, manage expectations and relationships.
• Lead cross-functional teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Own financial performance including revenue, margin, cost, and cash.
• Lead regular project reviews, risk assessments, and progress updates.
• Capture lessons learned and drive process improvements within the team.
• Prepare structured communications including kick-offs, reports, and close-out docs.
