Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join our Longwood, FL team. You will work closely with clients and vendors and collaborate with other Associa departments. This role requires commuting to our Miramar branch for training, meetings, and events as requested.

Responsibilities include liaising with the Board of Directors, traveling to associations for meetings, and preparing annual disclosures and financial packages in compliance with state statutes and governing documents.

Qualifications

• Valid Florida LCAM license
• 1–3 years of HOA/condo management experience
• Professional customer service skills
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with a polished demeanor
• Knowledge of communities, property, real estate, and HOAs
• Strong time management and prioritization skills

Associa is currently looking for a Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join our Longwood, FL team. As a Community Association Manager, you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. To be successful in this role you will need great customer service skills and the ability to work on multiple projects. This position requires commuting to our branch office in Miramar for training, meetings, and other events as requested.

How will you make an impact?

The Community Association Manager (LCAM) helps the company grow by:

• Acting as or overseeing the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Traveling to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, conduct walk-throughs, and attend community events as needed and per the management agreement.
• Preparing annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulk mailing of same within the time frames set by state statute or governing documents.
• Reviewing monthly financial reports and ensuring management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors.
• Providing and/or overseeing recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures as required to maintain the desired community appearance and operations.

Requirements

• Valid Florida Community Association Manager (LCAM) License
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience managing HOA's/Condos
• Professional customer service skills
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with polished, professional and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of communities/property/real estate and homeowners associations
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills
