Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. in Howell, MI is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) to oversee a portfolio of associations and ensure exceptional service.

You will coordinate with boards, vendors, and the Home Office, drive vendor contracts, and manage financial reporting while maintaining company goals. A strong focus on communication, organization, and customer satisfaction is required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing community associations or portfolios.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sustain client satisfaction by meeting each Board's needs.
• Attend and prepare for annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals, contracts, and risk management.
• Coordinate staff such as janitorial and maintenance.
• Collect invoices, code for payment, and follow up on assessments.
• Serve as liaison between boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for boards.
