Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking a Community Association Manager (Portfolio) in Daytona Beach, FL.

The role oversees associations, coordinates with boards, vendors, and the Home Office to deliver exceptional service while meeting company goals. Responsibilities include maximizing client satisfaction, attending meetings, managing vendor contracts and maintenance, coordinating staff, handling invoices and assessments, liaising with legal counsel, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Maintain licensing in some states
• Have previous Community Management Experience
• Be professional, organized, and self-motivated
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community
• Attend, prepare for, and participate in annual and general meetings
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments due
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries for the boards
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations
