You will coordinate inspections, budgeting, vendor contracts, and board communications to maintain property standards.

The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and financial oversight, with occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Florida Community Association Manager License is required.
• Experience coordinating with boards, homeowners, vendors, and committees.
• Proficiency with association management software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operation and administration of a portfolio of community associations.
• Liaise with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Direct administrative and management duties per the management agreement.
• Review financial reports and ensure board summaries are accurate.
• Oversee budgeting, procurement, and vendor performance.
• Support architectural review and routine inspections.
