Job summary

Associa is seeking a Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our Hilton Head, SC team and work with clients, vendors, and other Associa departments to support multiple communities.

The role requires strong customer service, the ability to manage multiple projects, and proficiency in MS Office. CMCA is preferred; candidates must have reliable transportation and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in Community Management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed.
• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings and conduct site visits.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, meeting notices, and annual financial statements for homeowners; arrange bulk mailing per governing documents.
• Review monthly financial reports and summarize management actions for the board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board and committees on major capital expenditures.
