Job summary

Associa in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) to work with clients and vendors and partner with other departments. The role emphasizes customer service and multi-project management.

You will oversee liaison with boards, travel to associations, prepare disclosures and financial packages, review reports, and advise on major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation. Strong communication and time management are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in Community Management or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work well with others in person and in groups.
• Ability to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication on phone, email, and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations for meetings, inspections, walk-throughs, and events.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statements for homeowners; arrange bulk mailing as required.
• Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the Board.
• Provide recommendations to the Board on major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation.
