Job summary

Auction is seeking an Asset Manager to oversee the Asset Management Partner and clients, ensuring portfolio performance and adherence to SLAs. You will manage asset valuations, disposition recommendations, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and providers.

The role requires 2–5 years in REO asset management, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or associate degree in business, real estate or related field preferred.
2–5 years of REO Asset Management experience.

Responsibilities

Create and issue routine reports to ensure providers are meeting process level SLAs.
Facilitate weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings with providers to review performance and address delays.
Review asset values and current pricing and make disposition recommendations.
Identify aged populations for internal strategy reviews weekly.
Prepare aged asset review documents including marketing history, challenges, and liquidation recommendations.
Assist the Auction Asset Managers in identifying assets for auction and price change recommendations to Clients.
Provide routine updates to the Vice President and assigned Client.
Ensure timeliness, quality and completeness of property documentation and tasks.
Update Policies and Procedures as processes and Client expectations change.
Facilitate training as needed.
Create and present compendium of reports for asset management tasks.
